The brake system is a really important system for an airplane.What you need is to have relaiable braking action to stop your aiplane when you need.For this purpose we decided to use the original pump and so not to use differential brakes, that are commonly used on other homebuilt falcos.The steering of the nose landing gear seems enought to turn while taxiing.
We used quality lines and fittings that we bought from Fren Tubo , an Italian factory that manufactures brake system for competition motorbikes and race cars.

 

This is the series IV series brake lever.To brake you just need to push the lever downward and if you want to use the parking brake you rotate the handle.

Then the pump is installed on the firewall.
