This is the kind of jig that I've been using.It's a wood table and i've made copies 1:1 of the drawing.the copies had to be corrected due to errors of the printer.But having the drawing always under the eyes was very important for checking measures.

 

Step n° 2 : Clamping the lamination.It's good to have many clamps and very important to make a perfect preparation.

 

Refining the frame it's a nice work when you learn the right tips.
